Marina Towers Puerto Vallarta: Tour, Amenities and 2 Bedroom Units

We toured Marina Towers in Puerto Vallarta with the developer and filmed the amenities, the Tower 1 residences and what he told us about Tower 2. The full tour is below.

Tower 1 is built and Tower 2 is under construction

Marina Towers is being built in phases. The developer told us Tower 1 is finished and that 30 units have already been handed over to their owners, so the residences in Tower 1 are ready for delivery. Tower 2 is under construction, with delivery planned for November 2028.

That gives buyers a real choice. A Tower 1 residence is ready for delivery and can be seen in person, while Tower 2 is a pre-construction purchase with a later delivery date.

The residences

We walked a two bedroom corner unit with views on both sides. The two bedroom residences on the fourth floor of Tower 1 are around $1 million, and unit 405 is also being sold furnished. Both pricing and availability change as units sell, so message us for the current numbers.

Built for strong winds

The developer told us the windows are German-made double glass with a SentryGlas film in the middle, designed to withstand winds of up to 300 km/h. That is his figure, so ask for the technical specifications if the details matter to your decision.
